Argentina:
Shipments to the interior of the country and Greater Buenos Aires are made through Correo Argentino (Argentine Postal Service). Shipping costs vary depending on the destination postal code. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding holidays. Up to two delivery attempts are allowed, with the option to schedule a third visit.
You can track the delivery status of your shipment through the Correo Argentino website, in the Track & Trace section, using the code provided by NO TAG upon receiving your order confirmation. Please note that delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
International:
International shipments are handled by DHL. The cost of shipping varies based on the destination address and postal code. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding holidays. You can track the delivery status of your shipments on DHL's website, in the Track & Trace section, using the code provided by NO TAG upon receiving the order confirmation. Please note that the shipping time is 2 to 5 business days.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. If you wish to exchange your order, you have 14 days starting from the day your order was delivered. Please kindly note all items should be new, un-used, with all NOTAG's packaging.
