For long lasting items hand cold wash, while being careful with the print, do not rub. Please do not bleach or iron, it is not necessary. You can dry flat or hunging on your bathroom hook after wash. 

Para un ciclo de vida mayor de la prenda, lavar a mano con jabón neutro y agua fría teniendo especial cuidado de no frotar la estampa. No usar lejía ni plancha. Secar estirado o colgar del perchero del baño luego del lavado.
